A letter will be sent home with your child tonight in relation to parents who are key workers and a proforma to complete if you feel your occupations fall into this category. A definitive list from the DfE has not yet been produced but as soon as this is received we will check the applications against the criteria. These forms will need to be returned to school tomorrow morning. Letter attached below.

Thank you to all parents that completed our behaviour survey online. We had 30 responses in total and the vast majority of parents agreed that behaviour within school is good and that our school has a positive, respectful culture in which their child is well cared for.
One area of concern raised by several parents was behaviour on the school yard first thing in the morning. They reported concerns around bad language from both children and parents, children running around and not being supervised by parents and difficulties with parking and congestion around school. We will be looking carefully at this issue over the next few weeks and put a strategy in place after Easter to help alleviate these issues. In the meantime, could parents please help by ensuring they supervise their children at all times in this area, be respectful of others with behaviour
and language and try to be considerate when parking around the school environment. Your help and support is much appreciated.

In an attempt to reduce the amount of paper used by school, we intend to produce our monthly school newsletter and termly class newsletters electronically from March 2020. Parents will receive a notification via our school app to inform them when a newsletter is published and this will contain a link to the document on our school website. To download the app please follow the instructions attached.
Due to heavy snow around the school site, school will be closed today (Monday 24th February) and will re open tomorrow.
